Palliative Care Information Service is a toll-free telephone information line for people living in Queensland with life-threatening diseases, or for people who are close to them through family, friendship or professional medical contacts. 

PCIS is a free call service operating 24 hours a day. The friendly and skilled staff will provide information and answer all kinds of questions concerning palliative issues. Through our cooperation with Royal Brisbane Hospital, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane North Division of General Practitioners and Karuna Hospital Service we are able to redirect your concerns to the institution that best can take care of your situation. 

PCIS is also a place you can call if you have a determined disease and just need someone to talk to.
